Great barbecue! They keep the barbecue sauces heated, it changes the taste of the sauce. It caramelizes the sugars in the sauce. You don’t put cold sauce on hot barbecue. Matt, Michael, Donna, Paul run an amazing place. The loaded potato is awesome as well. The “Barnyard Burger” with sausage instead of the pulled pork is off the chain!

Food is always good. Yesterday I tried their stuffed baked potato with pork. I asked for no sour cream so it had pork, cheese, butter,and scallions. It was huge and delicious. I also got a side of their lima beans which are incredible.

Another needed stop for fuel and food. I always look for small, local businesses with good ratings near fuel clise to highway exit. This did not disappoint! Excellent southern BBQ. Husband said best ribs he's had. My pulled pork was top notch with wonderful HOMEMADE baked beans. Note: you get to restaurant behind the circle k, we drove around back with our trailer, but worked out as we could not have got in there with it. If you're hauling, drive around by bowling alley to park and it's only a minute to walk around. Another perfect combo stop noted!

Right off in 95 this BBQ place is delicious. Must try the Brunswick stew when in Brunswick don’t miss out also one of the combo dishes are a reasonable price pick one and you won’t be disappointed. The staff was friendly and told us about some old hurricanes that came through theremac & cheese baked beans we’re all delicious sides. The brisket was moist tender barbecue sauces. Try them all.

I got the big ole brisket platter with fries, slaw, hush puppies, baked beans, and green beans. Gold and hickory sauce. Didn't leave a single bit for the waste bin if that tells you anything. Nom nom. Thanks.

We had late lunch. I had pulled pork and sides were baked beans and French fries. meat was delicious but a piece was so greasy so I did not eat it. The restaurant was clean and the girl that took our order was nice. They have great customer service.We will come back! Oh! I had grapes juice and was so good!

Highly recommend for a special treat that is easy on /off from the highway. Ordered smoked wings (dry extra crisp) for me, ribs (plenty of condiment sauces offered) for hubby, and we just had to sample multiple sides since we it was hard to choose (baked beans, green beans, Brunswick Stew, Mac n cheese) along with banana pudding. So glad we stopped. Will definitely return.

3/21/2025 My husband and I were on a road trip and found Willie Jewell's purely by accident and we are thrilled with the find. The young lady that took our order was so friendly and pleasant she was very welcoming and that was refreshing since we had been cooped up in the vehicle. My husband ordered a hamburger and it was prepared perfectly. I had the pulled pork and it was delicious. Food was fresh. Service was perfect. JOB WELL DONE!
